The fabric really does pack like a dream—I tossed it in a carry-on for a weekend trip and it came out wrinkle-free, ready to wear. The strategically draped panels smooth things over without feeling like I'm in a corset, which is exactly what I wanted for a long dinner out.
The targeted compression around my midsection is invisible under the dress but I can feel it working all day, and the soft jersey really does pack without a wrinkle. Wore it straight from a suitcase to dinner and didn't have to adjust once.
