The side ties sit perfectly at my hips and the knee length gives full coverage without feeling heavy when wet. I wore it from the pool straight to lunch and it dried quickly enough that I didn't feel like I was sitting in a damp towel.
The fabric has just the right amount of stretch thanks to that spandex, so it hugs nicely without clinging. I wore it over my suit all day at the beach and loved that it hit right at my knees for full coverage when I walked around. It dried surprisingly fast after I jumped in the water.
The side ties are perfectly placed so it hits right at the knee, and the stretch from that spandex blend means it doesn't ride up when I'm walking the beach. I've already worn it over three different swimsuits this week and it's held its shape after every rinse.
