I'm a 34D and the removable soft cups actually hold everything in place, which never happens with swim dresses. The adjustable straps let me tighten it for actual swimming instead of just lounging.
Wore this for a beach day and the skirted cut gave just enough coverage without feeling frumpy. The removable soft cups were easy to adjust and the straps stayed put in the water.
Wore this to a pool party and the skirted leg cut gave me the coverage I wanted without feeling frumpy. The high neckline stayed put through a few laps, though the straps needed a quick tighten after the first swim.
