I sized up on a whim and these sit right at my waist without digging in at all, which is rare for me. The hi-cut legs give way more coverage than I expected and the lace backs never ride up under jeans.
The lace edge on the leg openings really does stay put, no riding up even after a full day of chasing my kids around. The regular rise gives decent coverage without feeling like shapewear, which is exactly what I wanted.
Wore these under a clingy dress for a wedding and not a single line showed through. The lace edge on the leg openings is the reason — it lies totally flat. The regular rise gives me the coverage I want without any control squeezing.
