I was skeptical about the "wear with or without undies" claim, but honestly, the cotton-lined gusset makes it feel like a second skin—no VPL at all. The tummy control panel is firm but breathable, and the navy color is deep enough for work or workouts.
The 7/8 length is perfect for my 5'4" frame—they hit right above the ankle without bunching. I wore them all day running errands and the tummy control smoothed things out without feeling like I was in a corset.
