Wearing these without undies felt weird the first day, but honestly the fabric is thick enough that it's totally fine. The tummy control actually holds things in without rolling down when I sit.
Full-length tapered legs actually make me feel taller, and the moderate tummy control holds everything in place without digging in. I’ve worn them through a full workday and a quick gym session, and they stayed put, no constant adjusting.
I wore these on a day when my stomach was feeling bloated, and the moderate tummy control actually kept everything smoothed without squeezing too tight. The full-length tapered legs stay put during squats and lunges, and I love that I can skip underwear without any weird bunching.
